Care labels guide us but are not infallible. If a label conflicts with fibre reality, we pause and ask. You approve exceptions in writing on the ticket.

Stain age matters. Fresh spills behave differently from set marks. We attempt fair improvement without guaranteeing museum restoration.

Storage after pickup: hang shirts promptly; fold knits. Avoid hot cars. Mountain Cypress will re-press within forty-eight hours if transit crushed a shirt — tell us at return.
